Financial Planning in Norwich
A Financial MasterPlan.
Built around your life.
Life-focused financial planning in Norwich with fixed fees, evidence-based investing and a clear roadmap for the decisions that matter most.
Make each decision with the whole picture in view
Important financial choices seldom stand alone. The age you stop working affects pension withdrawals; helping family changes what remains available to spend; an investment decision only has meaning when considered alongside the life it is intended to fund.
Our Norwich team starts with your questions, priorities and concerns. We organise the figures, model different futures and bring income, spending, pensions, investments, tax and estate considerations into a Financial MasterPlan shaped around you.
This gives you a clearer view of what appears achievable, where compromises may be needed and which steps deserve attention now. Recommendations come from the plan rather than driving it, supported by our structured, evidence-led approach and costs agreed before work begins.
See how financial planning can bring your goals, choices and resources together, helping you make informed decisions and use your money to support the life you want.
What your plan covers
Financial planning that connects every part of your financial life
A considered plan looks beyond individual products. We examine the choices, risks and opportunities likely to influence your future, then draw them together in one clear Financial MasterPlan.
Income and expenditure
Understand what comes in, what goes out, and what needs to change to support the life you want.
Net worth and cashflow forecasting
Model your assets, liabilities and future income so you can see whether your money is likely to last.
Pensions and retirement income
Connect pension decisions, drawdown planning and retirement timing into one coherent strategy.
Investment risk and evidence
Match your portfolio to your goals, risk capacity and time horizon using evidence-based investing.
Tax and estate considerations
Identify practical opportunities around allowances, inheritance tax, gifting and legacy planning.
Protection and contingency planning
Check whether your family, income and long-term plans are protected if life takes an unexpected turn.
Our process
How we work with you
From first conversation to ongoing partnership, our process turns your goals, pensions, investments, tax position and future spending into one written Financial MasterPlan.
Getting to know you
Your life before your money
This meeting is at our cost. We learn what matters to you, what you want life to look like, and whether financial planning can add genuine value.
Financial MasterPlan
Your roadmap in writing
We prepare your Financial MasterPlan, combining cashflow forecasting, tax planning, pension analysis, investment recommendations and clear next steps.
Implementation
Putting the plan into action
We handle the paperwork and provider liaison, from setting up accounts to consolidating pensions where appropriate, so your plan moves from theory to action.
Ongoing coaching
Keeping life and money aligned
Annual reviews, market updates and proactive advice as your life evolves. Three clear price bands based on your situation - no hidden costs.
For those with smaller portfolios, percentage fees can work out cheaper. If that applies in your case, you will have that option.
Why Norwich residents trust rockwealth
Financial planning in Norwich should feel personal. You speak directly with Matt Frary, who takes time to understand what is changing, what you are working towards and what you would like your wealth to make possible. Meetings are available at St Georges Works on Colegate or online when that suits you better.
People across Norwich and Norfolk come to us for calm explanations, connected thinking and an investment approach based on evidence rather than forecasts. We explain how our fixed fees work in advance, so the focus remains on the planning your circumstances require, not simply the value of your investments.
Questions about building your Financial MasterPlan
What will my Financial MasterPlan help me decide?
Your plan is shaped around the choices in front of you rather than a standard report. It can explore when you may be able to retire, what you can afford to spend or give to family, whether pensions and investments are working together, and which actions should come first. Cashflow modelling lets you consider the possible effect of each decision before you act.
Will I know the cost before any planning work begins?
Our fees are agreed with you before any work begins and are normally fixed according to the service delivered. If a percentage charge would be cheaper for a smaller portfolio, we will explain that option. The first discovery meeting is on us. Your Financial MasterPlan starts at £2,000, implementation likewise from £2,000, and ongoing support from £3,750 a year, depending on how involved your circumstances are. Advice fees are separate from platform and underlying fund charges. See our adviser fee structure.
What information do you need from me?
We usually ask for details of income, spending, pensions, investments, borrowing and other existing arrangements, alongside the aims and concerns behind those figures. Everything does not need to be neatly organised before we meet. We will explain what matters and help you assemble the information needed for your plan.
How long does creating a plan usually take?
For most clients, the journey from discovery to a completed plan takes several weeks. Timing depends on the availability of information and whether the work involves several pensions, business interests, estate considerations or more involved family circumstances. We set out the expected planning journey before any work begins.
Do I have to take ongoing advice after the plan?
No. The initial planning work and any implementation are scoped separately. Where regular reviews would be helpful, ongoing advice can keep cashflow projections, your long-term investment approach and tax planning aligned as your life develops. We explain this service independently, leaving you to decide whether it is worthwhile for you.
Start with the question that is on your mind
You do not need to arrive with everything organised. Tell us what has changed, what feels uncertain or what you want life to look like next. We will explain whether our Norwich team can help and what the next step would involve.
